IRD Forms
Each new employee must fill out a IR 330 – Tax Code Declaration.
Please take care to fill this form out carefully, as it impacts the amount of deductions made on weekly paycheck. If you need help filling out this form, or are new to New Zealand and have questions, please call the IRD at 0800 377 774.
